Book a Massage

A facial is one of the most low-key spa services there is: you lie back, someone takes good care of your skin for an hour, and you leave looking a little more rested. Here's the plain walkthrough — plus how to pick between our two facial options.

I The hour

What actually happens during a facial

Cleanse, treat, hydrate — at an unhurried, relaxing pace.

You'll get comfortable, usually reclined, while your esthetician cleanses your skin and works through a gentle, relaxing routine — cleanse, a treatment step, and plenty of hydration to finish. It's calm and quiet; you can chat or zone out. Nothing about it should be uncomfortable, and you're always welcome to say if something doesn't feel right.

Both of our facials run 60 minutes. The goal is comfort and a fresh, well-rested look — not a clinical procedure. You leave with skin that feels clean, soft, and looked-after.

II Choosing

Immersive vs Moisturizing — how to choose

Both 60 minutes; the difference is focus.

Immersive facial care is the fuller, more pampering option — a thorough, relaxing cleanse and treatment that leaves skin feeling soft and cared-for. Pick it when you want the more complete experience or it's a treat.

Moisturizing deep care puts hydration front and center — a soothing, moisture-focused facial for skin that feels dry, tight, or dull. It's the natural pick in winter or any time your skin feels parched. Either way, you can see both prices above and book online.

III Tips

Getting the most out of it

You don't need to arrive with a clean face — we'll cleanse — but do mention any sensitivities or products you react to. If your skin tends to be sensitive, it's smart not to schedule a facial right before a big event. And it pairs beautifully with a massage or scalp care session if you're making an afternoon of it. Wondering how often to come back? Our frequency guide has the honest answer.

Honest limits

A couple of honest notes

What a facial is — and isn't.

Our facials are relaxing skincare for comfort and a refreshed look. They are not medical, dermatological, or anti-aging procedures, and they won't treat acne, rosacea, eczema, or any skin condition. For those, see a dermatologist — they're the right people for it.

There's also no membership and no minimum. Come as a one-off treat or work it into a routine; entirely up to you.

Is a facial a medical or dermatology treatment? +

No. Our facials are relaxing skincare for comfort and a refreshed look — not medical, dermatological, or anti-aging procedures. For a skin condition, please see a dermatologist.

I have sensitive skin — is that okay? +

Usually, yes — just tell us about any sensitivities or products you react to and we'll keep it gentle. If you have a diagnosed skin condition, check with your dermatologist first.

Can men get facials too? +
